About the Role

Join a vibrant, collaborative team as our new Admissions Officer! You’ll assess higher education course applications for domestic and international students, ensuring enrolments run smoothly, meet policy requirements, and deliver a fantastic student experience, every time.

Ideally, you will have some knowledge of Australia’s education sector and the Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS).

What You’ll Do

• Process applications and issue offer letters quickly and accurately.
• Keep records and systems up to date.
• Communicate clearly with students and stakeholders.
• Support the Lead Admissions Officer and admin team as needed.
• Work closely with your team to make enrolments seamless and stress-free.

• Experience in admissions (especially international students).
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach.
• A team player who’s proactive, organised, and loves helping people.
• Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds.
