Bright Spark Recruitment is partnering with a progressive and fast-growing real estate education provider delivering the full NSW real estate licence pathway.

This is not a traditional RTO environment.

Our client partners with leading industry agencies to provide students with both qualification outcomes and real-world work experience pathways — creating genuine career and business launch opportunities in the NSW property market.

We are seeking two dynamic Casual Trainers to deliver 10–15 hours per week across qualification and CPD programs.

???? Programs to Deliver

• CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

• CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

• Candidates with a background in Real Estate CPD (Salesperson / Buyers Agent / Property Manager) will be highly regarded

???? Flexibility That Works For You

• 10–15 hours per week

• Weekday delivery (Mon–Fri)

• Occasional Saturday sessions

Delivery Modes:

• Fully remote / webinar delivery

• Face-to-face classroom (Sydney Olympic Park or Mascot)

• On-site agency group training (as required)

Schedule Options:

• Day sessions (9am–6pm)

• Evening sessions (6pm–9pm)

???? What You’ll Bring

• TAE40116 or TAE40122 (current & compliant)

• CPP41419 and/or (Optional) CPP51122 qualification

• Current industry currency as a Licensed Agent and/or Agency Owner

• Experience delivering and assessing in a compliant RTO environment

• Strong knowledge of NSW Fair Trading legislation

• Confidence with LMS systems (aXcelerate preferred)

• Professional presentation and strong stakeholder presence
